Clarity Kickstart coaching is perfect for you if you are wanting to learn about and explore your strengths, weighing up options, trying to make a decision or want accountability to support you move into action. A powerful 60-minute coaching session with 30-minute follow-up, for when you want traction and tangible results in a short time in one or two areas of your life.

Clarity KICKSTART Coaching
Your Clarity Kickstart Coaching package includes;
A powerful pre-coaching questionnaire, designed to support you identify what you really want and need from your coaching experience.
Personalised Strengths assessment and feedback, based on your individual Signature Strengths.
Two one-on-one sessions;
60-minute initial session
30-minute follow-up session 2-3 weeks later
Written record of goals and actions discussed during our sessions, so you can refer back to them at any time.
Email support for the 2-3 weeks between the sessions, keeping you on track and cheering you on
Resources, worksheets and tools as discussed during our sessions, to support you with your goals and actions.
Sessions are held flexibly via Zoom, so we can meet from wherever you are most comfortable.

What happens next?
When you book your Clarity Kickstart, you’ll receive your comprehensive pre-coaching questionnaire, to be completed a minimum of 24 hours prior to your first session.
You will also be provided with the link to complete your VIA Strengths Survey. Whilst you can complete it after we meet, to make the most of your investment and our time together, you are encouraged to complete the VIA Strengths survey before our first Clarity Kickstart call.
WHO AM I?
I am a certified career, business, and life coach, writer, consultant, and mother to three boys; two living and one angel. The loss of my second son inspired me to follow my heart, and step away from my corporate HR career and become a certified coach.
My purpose and passion are working with women and men, supporting you to get very clear on what you want from your career, business, and life, and taking action to make it happen.
